Delivery

• • We deliver across the Republic of Ireland.
• • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment.
• • Delivery takes 2–4 working days with tracked courier.
• • Delivery is free on orders over €80; below that a flat fee of €5.99 applies.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email hello@karter.ie with your order number. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away — we'll sort out a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
